i don't know that i've ever complained about service before. I was in an open-end contract and cancelled my membership. I even have the paperwork saying when the date of last payment will be... yet still getting billed. My emails have been ignored. I was told i would receive phone calls back and never did. Been put on hold only to be hung up on. Call back and they play dumb. This isn't the first time I had these issues here and after reading other reviews I see this is common treatment. Place is a joke STAY AWAY
I've been a gym rat for 35 years. Yep, I just dated myself by telling you that. But...I say it because I mean it when I say this is the best gym I've ever seen. There is absolutely nothing you could want that they don't have available. You'll be happy you joined.

Very good nd clean gym nd friendly staff but membership is high price
I've been lifting weights for 7 years, so I know which gym could suit me. I just moved to this area and I was looking for a gym. Most of the gyms over here are for beginners. This gym is almost has what I'm looking for. If you are a beginner there is no need to pay for this expensive membership. However, for those who are professional or above beginners this place is good.
