Well I'm glad "Sui Juris" (the other person that rated this place) agreed with me. 2 stars!! I can't say that I agree with Sui Juris as far as ideology or argument of facts go but I tots agree about "the souls" part....

Seriously, I have never seen a more depressing place than this town hall or whatever they call it. Talk about a monument to the drudgery of modern life. God help you if you have to enter this place and need to get anything done. For example: when I had an issue that needed taking to this place the girl behind the window was so busy using her pen to scratch her corn rows that she nearly forgot to chew her gum for a few minutes. Only when I asked if I was in the right place did she remember to start smacking her gum and popping it. Then she nastily said "what you ax me?" Chicken necking the whole time she spoke. When I responded "is this where I go to have such and such done? She responded "I ain't got time to be tellin you where to go". I asked if there was anyone else available but she went into some rant about white people so I decided I would have my black wife come back the next day and take care of it. Thank god for my wife.
